Rep. Melanie Stansbury (D-NM) on Tuesday made crazy comments in a House DOGE hearing on Tuesday, blaming the Trump Administration for radical lawless Democrats’ behavior. The hearing, titled “Locking in the DOGE Cuts: Ending Waste, Fraud, and Abuse for Good,” was focused on implementing Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) cuts. Stansbury, in both her opening statement and during her time to question witnesses, referenced the incident where Senator Alex Padilla (D-CA) was stopped and detained by federal officials for accosting DHS Secretary Kristi Noem.
