On Wednesday, he displayed this talent while facing off against a so-called “DEI expert” named Dr. Shaun Harper during a congressional hearing called “Sacrificing Excellence for Ideology: The Real Cost of DEI.” Harper is a University of Southern California professor who specializes in research focused on racial and gender equity and inclusion, according to his school biography. Naturally, he served as the House Democrats’ witness during the hearing.
