A federal judge on Thursday ordered the Trump Administration to comply with the rules barring public statements about Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s case. Kilmar Abrego Garcia will face trial in the US before he is deported. US District Judge Waverly D. Crenshaw, Jr., an Obama appointee, said, “all counsel are expected to comply with the Local Rules of this Court.” Judge Crenshaw effectively put a gag order on the Trump Administration.
