As The Gateway Pundit reported, the House of Representatives last month passed the measure, which seeks to codify $9.4 billion in spending cuts. The Senate has until July 18 to pass the DOGE cuts and send them to President Trump’s desk for a signature. These cuts would affect various ridiculous government programs, including USAID and the Department of Peace. Moreover, the legislation would defund National Public Radio (NPR) and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (PBS). Only 51 votes are needed in the Senate, but the RINOs are once again stalling the measure’s passage….
