Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) announced on Monday that he will once again submit a criminal referall of Dr. Anthony Fauci to the Deparment of Justice after the New York Times reported that White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zeints approved of Dr. Fauci’s pardon. Previously, Rand Paul referred Fauci to the Department of Justice for prosecution, following his testimony on the NIH’s role in funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab in 2021.
