Stephen Colbert’s career as a late-night comedian is over and Jon Stewart fears he may be next on the chopping block. During a recent episode of The Weekly Show podcast with Stewart, he responded to a listener question about whether he believed Skydance Media might “get rid of The Daily Show” following its merger with Paramount. Stewart responded: That’s a good question. Unfortunately, we haven’t heard anything from them. They haven’t called me and said, ‘Don’t get too comfortable in that office, Stewart.’ But, let me tell you something, I’ve been kicked out of shittier establishments than that.
