One month ago, in late June 2025, Senator Tom Cotton proposed legislation slashing the workforce of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) led by MAGA favorite Tulsi Gabbard. Cotton proposed cutting the ODNI staff from 1,600 to 650 employees. This was just weeks before Director Tulsi Gabbard released the first documents proving Barack Obama was intimately involved and calling the shots in the Trump-Russia deep state hoax.
