The reason so many liberal journalists are leaving the WaPo is because Jeff Bezos, the paper’s current owner, wants the paper to begin focusing on issues of liberty rather than just being a mouthpiece for the Democrat party. He offered a buyout to any staffers who felt they couldn’t get in line. The people who are leaving are basically admitting that they don’t want to work in an environment that doesn’t allow them to be Democrat activists.
