The father of NYPD police officer Didarul Islam, who was gunned down by the crazed mass shooter in Manhattan on Monday evening, was so upset by the news of his son’s death that he suffered a stroke. Islam’s wife, who is pregnant, was also rushed to the hospital upon hearing the news, his cousin told the New York Post. “They are all crying,” cousin Muhammad Mainul Islam said of the family. “There is no brother — only him.
