A federal appeals court late Friday night kept in place a lower court’s order blocking the Trump DHS from carrying out some sweeping immigration raids in Southern California. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals stacked with Biden and Clinton judges sided with a radical district court judge also appointed by Joe Biden.
