A non-US citizen who entered the US on a B-2 visa killed one person and injured five more in a wrong way crash in Southern California on Monday evening. A B-2 visa is for foreign nationals entering the US for vacation, visiting family or medical treatment. Before leaving office, Joe Biden announced an increase in B-2 visas for fiscal year 2025. The driver, Jorge Delgado, was driving a BMW at a high rate of speed on the wrong side of the road on Main Street near Warner Avenue when he caused a deadly collision.
