A 17-year-old suspect was arrested, but his name has not been publicly released at this time. The shooting left at least three people wounded and sent crowds fleeing in panic at approximately 1:20 AM, near West 44th Street and 7th Avenue in Manhattan. According to reports, an argument between two individuals escalated into violence when a gunman opened fire, striking multiple bystanders in the crowded area outside the Hard Rock Cafe.
