A newly-surfaced video reportedly shows Arlington, Texas mayor Jim Ross tossing vulgarities at a Christian activist at an LGBTQ event in Louisiana, according to a Dallas Express report. The video, published by VICE TV on YouTube, shows English-born standup comedian Jamali Maddix filming Ruben Israel, who VICE calls a “hate preacher,” and his “fundamentalist disciples” at the Southern Decadence parade in New Orleans in 2018. At the 11:44 mark, Israel is seen being confronted by a man holding what appears to be a beer.
