A man with a 25-year-long history of harassing young children has been arrested after hopping out of his truck wearing only a diaper and pacifier and screaming ‘goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change’ at young girls riding their bikes near an elementary school. Wesley Worl, 45, a resident of Whitehouse near Tyler, was taken into custody on Thursday after police issued warrants for criminal solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass. The horrifying incident took place near Pollard Park and Andy Woods Elementary School in Tyler on July 29.
