A federal appeals court on Tuesday granted DOGE access to sensitive data from several government agencies, vacating a lower court’s preliminary injunction. US District Judge Deborah Boardman, a Biden appointee, previously issued a preliminary injunction blocking DOGE from accessing potentially sensitive data, citing privacy violations.
