Way back in March of this year, Secretary of State Marco Rubio made it very clear that the United States is no longer going to allow foreign students who commit crimes or show support for terrorism to hold student visas. In April, it was reported that the State Department had already revoked as many as 4,000 student visas based on this new criteria.
