Why would anyone on the right defend either of these guys? They spend their entire shows bashing Trump and people on the right every single night. It’s the basis of all the supposed ‘humor’ on both of their shows. Furthermore, Kimmel tries to frame this as a free speech issue. It has nothing to do with free speech. Colbert’s show was reportedly losing upwards of $40 million a year….
