Credit: Senate.gov Democratic California Senator Adam Schiff has formed the “Senator Schiff Legal Defense Fund” as the Trump Department of Justice closes in on his mortgage fraud scheme. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Schiff is under investigation by the US Attorney’s office in Maryland for mortgage fraud after he was caught refinancing his home in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2013, claiming the Maryland home was his primary residence despite being a Representative from California.
