Russian Defense Minister Belousov reveals the faster pace of advances by Russian forces. Under the command of respected economist and former deputy prime minister Andrei Belousov, the Russian forces took a major technological step forward, and Moscow’s weapons industries are churning out artillery shells, drones and missiles in numbers the western powers can only dream of.
