A friend’s required presence at a European State dinner provides an interesting point. The brutal sadistic despot and even cannibal Idi Amin Dada Oumee was visiting. The host spoke English. Amin boisterously declared his proficiency in English having worked with Britian for decades. After the meal he stood intending to express his favor to the host’s good meal. Amin said, “I’m ‘fed up’ with this food.” Properly used this metaphor describes how the populace becomes “fed up” with the shenanigans of evil. Even the evil Amin faced this inevitability.
