Two people, including a child, were injured after a female driver rammed a minivan into pedestrians at the Kipona Festival in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on Monday evening. The female driver was taken into custody. Video posted to social media shows moments after the woman plowed over pedestrians. WHTM reported: Two people were injured after a driver barreled through Harrisburg’s KIPONA Festival on Monday night. Festivities just wrapped at the three day festival when after 6 p.m. a woman driving a red minivan went through a portion of South Front Street where vendors were set up.
