Russians advance all over the frontline. In his press conference before leaving China after a four-day visit, Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the war in Ukraine, making sure to stress that Moscow is prepared to end the war by ‘force of arms’ if peace negotiations don’t make any progress. He also talked about the state of the Ukrainian military, that he called a ‘critical condition’, to the point where they’re no longer able to enact ‘large-scale operations’. According to Putin, the most combat-ready units are staffed at no more than 47-48% – at less than half-force.
