The White House on Sunday night shared a heartbreaking video of DC resident Felicia Cook, telling the story of her 23-year-old grandson, Marty, who was shot seven times and murdered in “cold blood” in April. “They got this old slogan out. They say, ‘if you want to get away with murder, kill them in DC.’ That’s a slogan.
