Another bad day in dystopian France. Sébastien Lecornu was entered into office today as the 7th French Prime Minister during the two mandates of failing President Emmanuel Macron – five of them in the last 18 months. Lecornu has a seemingly impossible task of forming a working minority government and approve a budget that faces the spiraling debt.
