President Trump is gearing up to fire a US Attorney who is refusing to indict New York Attorney General Letitia James for mortgage fraud. Erik Siebert, the interim US Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia is reportedly unwilling to charge Letitia James amid reports the DOJ hasn’t gathered enough evidence to bring an indictment.
