Two female teens, one who was just 13 years old, were killed in what police believe to be a subway surfing stunt in New York early Saturday. The police were contacted just after 3:00 am from the Marcy Avenue-Broadway station. They found the two teen girls on top of a subway train unresponsive. This all too common and perilous stunt has led to five deaths in 2025 alone. In 2024, there were six deaths, and in 2023, there were five deaths from subway surfing.
