As it was widely expected, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs will appeal his criminal conviction and four-year prison sentence. Diddy was sentenced Friday to four years and two months (50 months) in prison and fined $500,000 as a result of his conviction for prostitution charges. After the sentencing — Diddy’s defense team now claims it has a strong case for an appeal. Between the year Diddy has already spent in prison and the credit he could receive for good behavior behind bars — he could be out in 2028.
