An eight-year sentence was handed down by a federal judge appointed by Joe Biden last week. “A Federal judge in Maryland on Friday sentenced Nicolas Roske, who now goes by the first name of ‘Sophie,’ to eight years in prison for attempting to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh,” Bartiromo said. “Attorney General Pam Bondi says they will appeal the sentence, calling it woefully insufficient,” Bartiromo said. “The sentence was handed down by Judge Debra Boardman, who was appointed to the bench by former President Biden in 2021,” Bartiromo continued. “Senator, good to have you.
