A federal judge declined to immediately block President Trump’s National Guard troop deployment to Illinois. US District Judge April Perry, a Biden appointee, declined to issue a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) but set a hearing on the case for Thursday. President Trump on Sunday ordered 400 Texas National Guard troops to be deployed to Illinois and Oregon to protect ICE agents from violent Antifa terrorists.
