Ian Watkins, the former British rock singer from the band Lostprophets, has died after an attack by another inmate in HMP Wakefield prison. He was serving a 29-year sentence for child sex offences – and we are not talking simply having child porn in his devices – which would be bad enough. Watkins was what many would describe as a monster, once described as ‘one of the worst sex offenders in UK’s history’.
