Happy Halloween! The Justice Department on Friday said that MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia may be deported to Liberia as soon as October 31. The West African country has already agreed to take Abrego Garcia, the government said in a court filing on Friday. “Federal Defendants hereby provide notice that they have identified a new country for removal that has agreed to accept Petitioner: the Republic of Liberia.
