It revealed that taxpayer dollars that have been earmarked for this problem have been funneled to radical left wing causes for political reasons. It actually makes perfect sense. There are lots of people who make a ton of money fighting homelessness. Why would they want the problem to be solved? That would mean an end to their industry.
