One can safely say that won’t happen. Pritzker wrote a letter on Wednesday requesting that Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and top ICE officials pause immigration enforcement throughout the Windy City for three days so children can “safely celebrate Halloween.” The Chicago Sun-Times was the first to obtain the letter.
