WCNC Charlotte reported on Thursday that Catawba County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to an incident in their county around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday that involved disorderly conduct. When they arrived, the victim, Jose Figueroa, was unconscious outside. Detectives later learned from witnesses that 51-year-old Roberto Hernandez Arreola was the party responsible for the savage beating. WBTV revealed more details about the disturbing incident.
