Earlier this month a drunk driver hit two La Quinta High School students riding their bikes in Southern California near Palm Springs. One boy survived and the other, identified as 14-year-old Liam Cantu, died of his injuries this week. The drunk driver, identified as 47-year-old Jose Villegas Orbe, fled the scene after he crashed his vehicle into the two biking boys.
