A DeKalb County Police officer is under investigation after confronting a man who identifies as a woman for using the women’s restroom at the Tucker-Reid H. Cofer Library in Tucker, Georgia. According to Decaturish, the officer approached the individual, identified as Sasha Swinson, after she entered the women’s restroom. The officer allegedly told Swinson to use either the men’s restroom or the family restroom instead next time, citing safety concerns.
