The Senate is scheduled to vote for the 15th time today on a stopgap funding bill to reopen the government. A growing bloc of Republicans, led by Thune, appear ready to cave to Democrat demands, the extension of Affordable Care Act (ACA) enhanced subsidies that have ballooned government spending.
