A 22-year-old man is facing numerous felony charges for the death of four people after he allegedly crashed his car in front of a business. The driver, Silas Sampson, was arrested at the scene and is facing numerous charges of vehicular homicide after four people were killed. He is also facing more felony charges for aggravated fleeing with great bodily injury. There were also multiple injuries at the site, and numerous victims were taken to the hospital.
