James Bowman III/Image: Charles County Sheriff’s Office According to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office in Maryland, on November 7, James Bowman III, 40, was arrested for domestic-related assault after he allegedly punched a woman in the face and bit her hand. The woman should have felt some measure of relief/safety knowing her alleged attacker was behind bars. Instead, officials in the Blue State of Maryland released Bowman from jail with no bail requirement under the condition that he doesn’t abuse the woman he allegedly attacked again. An hour later, according to officials, he then returned to the victim’s house and allegedly assaulted the woman again, this time while she was holding a baby.
