During their continuing series of combined drone-missile strikes against Ukrainian energy targets, Russian forces struck the port city of Izmail, in the Odessa region – right on the border with NATO member Romania. At least one of the drones struck a Turkish-flagged tanker and set it on fire – just one day after Kiev regime leader Volodymyr Zelensky signed a deal to import US liquefied natural gas through that exact area.
