A man with 49 prior arrests doused a woman with a flammable liquid and set her on fire on a Chicago train this week. 50-year-old Lawrence Reed was hit with federal terrorism charges after he set a 26-year-old woman on fire aboard the Blue Line on Monday evening. Reed repeatedly shouted, “Burn b*tch!” as the victim rolled around trying to put out the fire. Good Samaritans eventually helped put out the fire. The victim was hospitalized with severe injuries.
