Joe and Jill Biden had an awkward encounter with Kamala Harris at Dick Cheney’s funeral on Thursday. Former Vice President, warmonger, and father of turncoat Liz Cheney – Dick Cheney died on November 4th. He was 84. Cheney died of complications from pneumonia and cardiovascular disease. He had a heart transplant earlier in 2012. Cheney served as the 46th vice president of the United States from 2001 to 2009 under President George W. Bush.
