As The Gateway Pundit reported, a lowlife with 49 prior arrests doused a woman with a flammable liquid and set her ablaze on a Chicago train this week. 50-year-old Lawrence Reed was hit with federal terrorism charges after he set a 26-year-old woman on fire aboard the Blue Line on Monday evening.
