The Chicago Teachers Union (CTU) has been put on notice after failing to complete financial audits to show how union members’ money has been spent over the past five years. The House Education and Workforce Committee sent a letter to CTU President Stacy Davis Gates, noting the union has failed to provide members with complete financial audits since 2020, in violation of their own policy.
