The new video and photos was captured by a witness who was traveling pass the Farragut West Metro station which is located just a couple blocks from the White House. The newly released photos show Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal holding a revolver in his right hand as a National Guard member runs for cover. The video published by the outlet then shows the Guardsmen opening fire on Lakanwal.
