Los Angeles County prosecutors have charged three men with murder and attempted robbery in the tragic shooting death of 22-year-old Latin music artist Maria De La Rosa, known by her stage name “DELAROSA.” The incident, described as an “ambush-style” attack, occurred early on November 22 in Northridge, leaving De La Rosa dead and two others critically injured. The suspects have been identified as Francisco Otilio Gaytan, 27, Benny Licon Gomez, 27, and Eduardo Lopez, 21, all of Northridge. Gaytan and Gomez are being held without bail on one felony count of murder and two felony counts of attempted second-degree robbery. Lopez remains a fugitive on the run as of Friday morning.
