Chris Murphy’s carefully crafted talking points by confronting him with his own words, words that completely contradict his current outrage over President Trump’s decisive raid to capture Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro. Murphy made the comments following an interview on CNN, where he attempted to recast the operation as nothing more than a corrupt money grab for President Trump’s allies. Murphy took to X to rage against the operation: “The invasion of Venezuela has nothing to do with American security. Venezuela is not a security threat to the U.S..
