A federal judge on Wednesday blocked the Trump Administration from withholding food stamp funds amid a review of rampant fraud in the state. US District Judge Laura Provinzino, a Biden appointee, said the USDA must unfreeze the money allocated to Minnesota. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins previously ordered Minnesota to reenroll SNAP recipients and crack down on the fraud. Minnesota refused to comply with Rollins’ order and filed a lawsuit against the Trump Administration. Last week, Rollins suspended all federal financial rewards to Minnesota. “Enough is enough!
