Joe Biden crawled out of his hole on Tuesday to bash the Trump Administration over the two fatal ICE-involved shootings in Minneapolis. Biden accused the Trump Administration of trampling on 4th Amendment rights and gunning down citizens for exercising their constitutional rights.
