New details about the fatal shooting Alex Pretti have emerged. 37-year-old Alex Jeffrey Pretti of South Minneapolis appeared to resist arrest and attack federal law enforcement agents before he was fatally shot over the weekend. A new government report sent to Congress reveals two DHS agents discharged their weapons during a struggle as Pretti resisted arrest. CBP agents tried to take Pretti into custody after he refused to move out of the way, but a struggle ensued and he was shot multiple times. “Pretti resisted CBP personnel’s efforts and a struggle ensued.
